PERTICAIA, by means of express couriers, delivers the products ordered by the customer to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order.
The objective of PERTICAIA is to always safeguard the product, ensuring its perfect preservation throughout the journey.

Shipments are made in the main European countries and in North America (United States and Canada).
THE SHIPMENT COST varies according to the number of bottles and the geographical area.

PRIVACY POLICY
We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided during registration on this site are collected for shipping and possible billing of the order.
If the data is not provided, the order will not be processed.
PERTICAIA undertakes to treat such data confidentially and not to disclose them to unauthorised persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those specified herein, unless explicitly authorised to do so by the customer. Such data may be communicated, subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement, to collaborators and employees delegated to store them and carry out the above activities, and will be disclosed exclusively within the scope of the service rendered. This data will also be produced at the request of the authorities authorised by law.

The owner and person responsible for personal data processing is: Guido Guardigli on behalf of PERTICAIA.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the customer may directly and at any time, exercise their rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, including, in particular, obtain information about

the origin of the personal data

the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2)

The customer shall also have the right to obtain

the updating, rectification or integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
You also have the right to oppose, in whole or in part
on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
PERTICAIA guarantees that products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described on the site and compliance with all rules regarding the storage of products until delivery to the place specified in the order. The images on the site are provided to the customer to facilitate recognition of the products; due to variations in the packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

As provided for by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and D.L. 21/2014 PERTICAIA's Customers enjoy the satisfied or reimbursed guarantee with the possibility of returning the purchased products within 14 working days from receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned such as easily perishable food items or customised items. The right of withdrawal is available to natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
You must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address below or an e-mail to info@perticaia.it within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the purchased products, in good condition and with original labels not removed.
The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original wrappings from damage, affixing of writing or labels.
Products must be returned by express courier at your own expense.
We recommend that you use a traceable and insured method of shipment as PERTICAIA will not be responsible for the loss, non-receipt or damage of the material sent.
The goods will be refunded by PERTICAIA after verifying the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receipt of the communication from the customer.
PERTICAIA will refund the full costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase.

AVAILABILITY
PERTICAIA undertakes to include on the site only products that are actually available. In the event that the products are not currently in stock or if it cannot guarantee delivery on time, PERTICAIA shall be responsible for adequately reporting the non-availability of the product.
The sending of the order by the customer is also considered as acceptance of any partial delivery, limited to the products available within those ordered, and as a waiver to claim compensation and / or damages in this regard.
PERTICAIA also undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the Customer of any sudden unavailability of the product ordered, in order to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products.
If you are still interested in a product currently unavailable, the customer is asked to send an e-mail, so that PERTICAIA can provide more precise information.

PRICES
The prices of the products indicated in the various sections of this site are inclusive of VAT.
The prices applied to each sale are those indicated on the site at the time of order by the customer and are subject to change.
The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order, by credit card or bank transfer in advance. The tax documentation will be issued by PERTICAIA at the time of delivery.

INVOICING
To obtain an invoice it is necessary to indicate your tax code when ordering and make an explicit request in the notes of the order itself.
The invoice will be issued at the same time as the shipment of the goods and sent with it.
