The goal is that of making wine with our own grapes, with “local” grape varieties, rather, grape varieties that the environment has chosen and styled in order to transmit the originality, the personality of this place: Umbria.
Very full and persistent, with important tannins and a fresh finish. It goes very well with noble and spicy cold cuts such as culatello and finocchiona. Excellent with mature cheeses and savoury first courses such as lasagne or bucatini all'amatriciana.
Very full and persistent, it enters the mouth with a strong sweetness followed by a good freshness. Traditionally paired with "tozzetti", typical Umbrian hard biscuits, but also with red fruit tarts and very mature cheeses.
Trebbiano Spoletino is an autochthonous Umbrian vine once bred in “maritata” form together with maple, elm or mulberry trees that were used as guardians.The ability of Trebbiano Spoletino, in knowing how to donate rich wines from an aromatic point of view, the structure but above all long-lived, has concentrated our attention so much that we decided to create from a small farm parcel our Trebbiano Spoletino 'DEL POSTO'.
