PERTICAIA guarantees that products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described on the site and compliance with all rules regarding the storage of products until delivery to the place indicated in the order. As provided for by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206\/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and D.L. 21\/2014 PERTICAIA Customers enjoy the satisfied or reimbursed guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned such as easily perishable food items or personalized items. The right of withdrawal is available to natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Resellers and companies are therefore excluded from this right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the communication, the Customer shall indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PERTICAIA undertakes to include on the site only products actually available.
