Maturation in steel for 15 months, with contact with fine lees
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Wine of great complexity and finesse. Intense citrus scents with floral notes and acacia flowers, chamomile, honey and flint. During the aging in bottle it acquires hints of hydrocarbons.
Wide and very sapid. Great acidic structure well balanced with the other scents
It goes well with tasty cold cuts, fish soups, first courses such as spaghetti carbonara or tagliatelle with truffles, white meats and grilled vegetables. Excellent also with cheese.
